Project Details

We were appointed as the main contractor and project supervisor for the St Conleth’s College expansion. The project involved the construction of a new second floor on the existing school roof, the installation of two stairwells, and provisions for a lift. This expansion aimed to enhance the school’s facilities, creating a safer, healthier, and more supportive environment to foster student learning and development.

Alongside the construction of the new second floor, the project also required a significant refurbishment of the existing school, with a particularly tight timeline adding complexity. Work commenced in May, with the team focused on completing the project by September to coincide with the start of the new academic year. Despite the demanding schedule, the project was successfully finished on time. As a result, Robert Quinn Ltd. has since been awarded multiple additional contracts, further strengthening our partnership with the client.
