Robert Quinn Ltd. completed the fitout for Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD) at their new Carlow Rathgall site, which serves as a filling site for the launch and commercial supply of vaccines, biologics, and small molecule drug products. This new 200,000 square foot facility includes a variety of specialised areas such as a filling suite, temperature-controlled warehouses, and clean and black CUPs. Our team were responsible for delivering a high-quality fitout across these critical spaces, ensuring compliance with stringent operational and environmental standards.

Our work encompassed the complete fitout of the building, including offices, warehouse, and washroom and changing facilities. We were responsible for fitting out these areas to optimise workflow, ensure safety, and maintain functionality throughout the facility. This contribution played a key role in helping MSD expand its vaccine production while upholding the highest standards of operational efficiency and compliance.
