Project Details

The Waterfront is a development featuring two office blocks located between the historic ruins of Carlow Castle and the scenic River Barrow. The project stands as a striking example of modern architecture that contrasts beautifully with the 12th-century ruins, while preserving the stunning views of the river and the Graiguecullen Bridge. The two office blocks were strategically positioned to create an open, airy design allowing for excellent sightlines, balancing historical preservation with contemporary functionality, and featuring a basement-level underground car park for convenient on-site employee parking. The building serves as the location of our headquarters as well as housing several other companies based in Carlow.

Robert Quinn Ltd. successfully completed the development ensuring the project was meticulously managed, delivering office spaces that meet both functional and aesthetic needs.
