Project Details

We successfully delivered the enabling works package for MSD’s new 200,000 square foot facility, which serves as a critical filling site for the launch and commercial supply of vaccines, biologics, and small molecule drug products. As the main contractor for this design and build project, Robert Quinn Ltd. was responsible for constructing a piling mat to support the new MSD complex, along with the development of a large contractors’ compound, a car park, and an extensive road system connecting the site to the main road. The comprehensive scope of works also included groundworks, site clearances, drainage, a culvert, site hoarding, and all necessary site services to prepare the area for future construction.

The enabling works package was designed with MSD’s future growth in mind, ensuring that the site is not only ready for construction of the new facility but also capable of supporting additional projects in the future. Our expertise in the coordination and execution of these critical groundwork elements laid a solid foundation for MSD’s ongoing development, contributing to the success of this major pharmaceutical site.
