Project Details

We were contracted to construct a state-of-the-art two-storey motor sales outlet for Toyota, commissioned by the Killeen Motor Group. Located in Liffey Valley, Dublin, the 3,000m² Toyota Motor Showroom was designed to offer a modern, high-quality space for showcasing vehicles and providing customer services. The ground floor of the showroom includes a service workshop, parts store, and customer service facilities, while the first floor houses office spaces and amenities. The project involved the use of a steel portal frame, Kingspan cladding, and extensive glazing for the front elevation, as well as a specialist interior fit-out and substantial mechanical and electrical packages.

The showroom was completed in under 25 weeks, allowing Toyota to begin trading before the critical Christmas and New Year period. We successfully delivered the project on time, meeting all design specifications and quality standards. The construction was completed on a brownfield site, which posed additional challenges, but the team’s efficient management and expertise ensured smooth execution.
