Project Details

We were selected to deliver the Building Completions Package for MSD Carlow’s expansion project, which aimed to enhance their existing production facilities, logistics warehouse, utilities, and MV substation at their site. This extensive expansion was part of MSD’s strategic growth in Ireland to support increasing production demands. The scope of our works included the installation of partition walls and ceilings, secondary steelwork, fireproofing, personnel and rapid roller doors, floor and wall finishes, glazed screens, fixtures and fittings, and extensive external works including paving and landscaping.

The expansion project was completed to the highest standard within the agreed timeframes, meeting all of MSD Biologics’ specifications and quality requirements. We successfully managed the complexity of the project, coordinating all elements from internal construction to external landscaping and demobilisation. This project is one of several successful collaborations between Robert Quinn Ltd. and MSD, further strengthening the relationship and paving the way for continued future partnerships.
